How much do your cookies cost?

My hand decorated regular size (~3") cookies start at $6/each, printed/logo cookies are $5/each, and minis (~1.5-2") at $3/each with an additional $0.50/cookie for any hand painted metallic details and $0.25/bag if you'd like them individually packaged, tied with coordinating satin ribbon. Do you have a minimum order?

Yes, for hand decorated cookies there is a 2 dozen regular size or 4 dozen mini cookie minimum per theme. For printed only orders, there is a 1 dozen regular or 2 dozen mini minimum order. Once you’ve reached the minimum you can add cookies a la carte (within the same theme). For example: 25 regular size and 5 minis or 50 minis and 4 regular.

Are your cookies nut free?

My cookies do not contain nuts, and while I do my absolute best to keep everything separate, I work out of a nut-friendly kitchen, and therefore can’t guarantee nut free.

What ingredients are in your cookies?

Cookies consist of: eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla extract and flour
Royal Icing consists of: liquid egg whites, icing sugar, lemon juice, corn syrup and glycerin

How much time ahead do you require?

To ensure I’m able to accommodate your order, the earlier you can place your order the better. I would suggest about 6-8 weeks ahead. Anything less than a week will incur a 10% rush fee if I can accommodate.

How long will my cookies stay fresh?

Everything is baked from scratch with the best and freshest ingredients, and don't ever use artificial preservatives. Decorated cookies should be eaten within two weeks, and stay at their best when stored in an airtight container at room temperature. Refrigeration is not recommended, since condensation wreaks havoc with detailed icing. Humidity may cause the icing to darken in spots; please keep decorated cookies as cool and dry as possible. If you must store decorated cookies for longer, they may be wrapped carefully and airtight in plastic wrap, then frozen; before eating, let them come to room temperature before unwrapping.

Unfortunately, at this time orders are only available for local (Ottawa) pick up.
